Privacy Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 (seven) calendar days to withdraw from the contract you have entered into with Tenbyte SDN BHD. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded. If the last day of this period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday, the next business day shall be considered the effective last day to withdraw.

What you can get refunded

Tenbyte will refund the unused portion of any subscription or quota-based service — including Tenbyte Cloud, Tenbyte CDN, and Tenbyte Vidinfra plans. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on what has not yet been consumed or delivered, relative to the full coverage of your contract.

For example, if you purchased a monthly CDN plan and used 3 days of it before requesting a refund, you may receive a refund for the remaining unused days.

What cannot be refunded

The following are non-refundable once delivered or activated, as they represent fully fulfilled one-time services:

• SSL certificates
• Domain name registrations or transfers
• Any other one-time purchase where the service has been fully provisioned

How refunds are processed

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to process refunds through your original payment method. If that is not possible, we will work with you to arrange a reasonable alternative.
